ⓘ Once your package arrives at designated pickup locations, you will receive an arrival notice via email and text to remind you to collect your package during the pickup window. If the package is not collected on the last day of the pickup window, 7-11 will send another text to remind you to pick up the package.
ⓘ Note: length of pickup windows will vary depending on pickup hours at different 7-11 locations.
ⓘ If a customer selects convenience store pickup but fails to collect a package within the pickup window, local logistics will deliver the package to the “delivery address for uncollected packages” (only general address) provided by the customer when the order is initially placed, using the “payment on delivery” method. The actual delivery fee will be collected by home delivery service providers from the customer upon delivery of the package.

- Please provide your full English/original names as printed in your passport. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect delivery information, resulting in the package being returned to us, we will cancel the entire order.
- Refunds for all returned packages will only be issued in the form of shopping vouchers (shipping fee will not be refunded). Once the process is complete, you will be notified via email. New delivery fees are expected for any redeliveries.
- Customers will not be contacted by phone for packages delivered via air by Chunghwa Post. If no one is available at the shipping address to accept the packages, a pickup notice will be left, and customers should collect their packages along with the notice at local post offices before pickup deadline.
- Once a package is shipped, we will inform you via email. If “regular international mailing” is selected, please look up the shipment status at local post offices, as query times for Taiwan post offices are only available for approximately 30 days.
- Only “defective merchandise return” service is provided for overseas shopping.
- If you receive a defective product, please provide photos of the product to customer service in 7 days. Once the product is proven to be defective, refunds will be issued in the form of “member shopping vouchers” for next-time purchases.
- Due to the complicated process of international shipping, we do not offer return or exchange services for any international shipping. We will carefully examine and package the merchandise before shipping. You can rest assured of the quality of the merchandise you receive.
- All international merchandise require customs clearance upon entering the country, and are subject to customs duties, which are imposed at random. Customers are expected to cover any customs duties if they occur. Thank you for your understanding.
- Customs duties are collected by each country’s customs and not TIMU. Please refer to local post offices for the actual tax amount.
- If customs duties are imposed, tax workers will notify you with a customs declaration form. Once the duties are paid, the merchandise can be collected.
- If customers decide not to accept their packages, they are expected to cover the shipping fees and the import tariffs, both of which will be deducted from the refunds.
